Uganda Cranes central defender Isaac Isinde is not ruling out a deadline day move to a local topflight club.

ChimpSport caught up with the former St. George defender after a training match with a Jinja Select side against Jinja Municipal Hippos at St. Jude grounds in Jinja.

JMC won 2-1 against an opponent that also featured Khalid Aucho, Alex Harris Kajjubi and Boban Zirintusa

Rumors have linked the calm and composed star with a short deal with Uganda Cup champions Vipers SC and struggling JMC Hippos and he didn’t object.

“There have been rumors about my future since leaving St. George. Others have said I signed with Vipers and some say JMC Hippos,” Isinde said

“I have got several deals (abroad) in the pipeline but they haven’t yet matured. So what am looking at is to keep myself in the system to maintain focus and shape but that said, I won’t rush myself.”

“I have no problem with any local team approaching me at the moment. They can come and we discuss as I wait for my next moves.”

Isinde also revealed that his agents are working on a move to Tunisia, Egypt and Saudi Arabia clubs.

One of Jinja Municipal officials confirmed to this website that they are indeed in talks with the defender for at least a three months offer.
