Club chairman, Ronnie Mutebi believes the partnership will help in propelling bright stars into a bigger team.

“It is a special day for our Club and Ugandan football at large. I have special gratitude to the team I have worked with over the years to bring this project to where it is today. I am glad that our effort and sacrifice has attracted international partners that share the same vision and this will certainly take the club to a totally different level,” he said.

“We built this project on a foundation that it can offer opportunities to young people within and outside our locality. We are glad to have found partners with the same ideologies and we are certain the club is to benefit from the synergy of working with an international partner in areas of football development,” Mutebi added.

Mutebi believes the partnership will help Ugandan players to easily access international football markets.

“Competition on and off the field, Marketing, Branding, Sponsorships and player transfer to more lucrative football markets; ultimately the goal is to make the team self-sustaining,” he noted.
