Uganda will have to test their credentials against the household names in as far as rugby is concerned.
In the draws for the 2017 Dubai 7s HSBC series conducted on Thursday, Uganda was placed in group A alongside neighbours Kenya, giants South Africa and Canada.
This Uganda’s second appearance at the global event with the maiden appearance coming last year.
The rugby cranes lost all three games they placed in Dubai falling to South Africa, Scotland and United States.
In the other pools, England, Scotland, France and Spain are in group B in an all European affair.
Pool C will have Fiji, Australia, Wales and Russia while giants New Zealand will be in pool D alongside USA,Argentina and Samoa.
The tournament is slated to take place between 1st-2nd December this year.
