Newly promoted side Kabale Sharp have had a dream start to their maiden season in the Fufa Big League judging from the two games they have played so far.
In their maiden game a fortnight ago, Kabale Sharp defied odds to defeat Sun City FC 1-0 away in Kasese.
And on Sunday, Sharp held supposedly the stronger side in the Fufa Big League, Nyamityobora to a barren draw.
Nyamityobora came into this game on the back of a 4-0 win over Sun City but failed to break through a resilient Sharp FC side.
Last season’s playoff finalists Synergy FC have had a torrid start to the new season failing to win in three games.
The Masaka based side settled for a one all draw against Sumba in the game played at Kabanyoro Agricultural institute.
Veteran striker Robert Kimuli had given Simba the lead but lanky defender Muhammad Yiga scored for Synergy.
Kitara United earned a 2-1 win over Ntinda United in the game played at Boma grounds in Hoima while Bumate edged Kira United 1-0 at home in Bundibugyo.
Water FC stunned Kireka United 1-0 for their first win this season. The lone goal was scored by Saddam Kakungulu.
