Buvuma county, through it’s chief head Ssalongo Mbuubi Lawrence Kayizzi has named a 12-man management committee that will monitor the team’s operations as the 2020 Masaza Cup tournament awaits in June.
The Islanders have appointed Peter Makhaha as the chairperson of the management team and will be deputized by Vincent Mwanje.
Charles Kajubi will be in charge of technical affairs while Moses Kizito Mpologoma is the county’s treasurer.
Karim Malaki Magasa will serve as the general secretary on the management Committee as Godfrey Muyimbwa will be responsible for media operations.
The County chief Kayizzi has also named Musa Isooba as the team manager and will be deputized by Mike Kamyuka while Emmanuel Muyimbwa is the team doctor.
Last season, Buvuma was pitted in Masengere group against Ssingo, Bugerere, Gomba and Ssese.
Buvuma will however, confirm the technical team that will take charge of the team in this year’s edition.
In the history of the tournament, Buvuma has never gone past the group stages of the Masaza Cup tournament.
