Having earlier confirmed Paul Kiwanuka as it’s head coach going into the 2020 Masaza Cup tournament, Busiro Ssaza football team has named a tried and tested management committee.
County chief Vicent Mayiga Sebwana has appointed Owek Kaddu Kiberu and Hajji Sulaiman Sendikwana as the team patrons while Paul Nsubuga remains as the team’s bankrolling manager.
Shaka Wilber will serve as the team’s secretary as Captain Segujja Siraje takes the Vice Chairman in charge of Administration and sponsorship role.
Thomas Mujuzi Moore is the Vice Chairman Technical while Sewaku Allan and Sarah Nanyonjo assume the Treasurer and team doctor roles.
Versatile female sports journalist Bagala Peace Dianne has been appointed as the team’s media attache with Battira Ibrahim becoming the new assistant manager.
Last season, Busiro narrowly broke their jinx of winning the championship, only for Bulemeezi to prolong their drought in the finals played at Namboole.
Bulemeezi won the 2019 tournament having slightly edged Busiro 1-0 at a muddy Namboole pitch thanks to an Emmanuel Loki header.
