Uganda Cranes striker Edrisa Lubega “Torres” and midfielder Kizito William Luwagga on Saturday put in colourful shifts for their respective professional clubs.

In Estonia, Lubega Torres was on target as his Paide Linnameeskond defeated FC Kuressaare 2-0 in the Estonian Premium Liiga.

The Ugandan forward came on as a second half substitute replacing Kristofer Piht moments after the game restart, to score Paide Linnameeskond’s second goal on the 56th minute mark.

This was his second goal in this 2019/2020 campaign for his paymasters. He had opened up the scoring account midway through this week on his debut as they lost 2-1 to Tulevik.

Victory took Paide Linnameeskond on top of the Estonian Premium Liiga with six points from three games prior to their next away game against FCI Levadia Tallin the coming Sunday.

In Israel, midfielder Kizito William Luwagga had a colourful day out on return from Injury scoring in a friendly match for Hapoel Kfar Saba in their 2-1 defeat to Hapoel Haifa played on Friday at Lavita Stadium.

He put his name on the scoring sheet 20 minutes into the game, however, his team surrendered the lead to lose the friendly match as Michael Siroshtein and Maaran Lala strikes turned his opener into a mere consolation.

Hapoel Kfar Saba will play against Bnei Yehuda in the promotional play offs next month.
