Uganda Premier League side, Kyetume Football Club has reportedly reached an agreement to sign journeyman Charles Livingstone Mbabazi as their new coach.
The charismatic tactician replaces Alex Isabirye “Musongola” after being clubless since he was relieved of his duties at Wakiso Giants Football Club in February this year.
This is the second time Mbabazi takes charge of the Slaughters after their FUFA Big League experience before his fruitful move to Mbarara City.
Mbabazi was earlier this week linked to Arua based side Onduparaka FC on top of being nominated for Vipers Sports Club assistant coach job.
The UEFA “C” licensed gaffer holds a vast experience having had stints at Bright Stars, Onduparaka, Lweza, Masavu, Somalia National Team, URA (assistant coach), Kyetume, Mbarara City and Wakiso Giants adding to his current spell as Uganda Cranes second assistant coach.
He will work alongside team manager Jackson Mayanja “Mia Mia” while his backroom staff will be confirmed in days to come.
Last season, Kyetume finished 11th in the Uganda Premier League season with 30 points accumulated from 25 matches.
