
She Mak FC were the latest casualties to fall at the hands of Sandra Nabweteme’s genius after crushing 5-0 to Kawempe Muslim on Saturday.
Nabweteme, whose scoring form gets sharper by the day fired a double to extend her tally to 22 at the top of the scorers log. Hasifah Nassuna also grabbed a brace and Florence Nambatya the last goal.
Kawempe top the Victoria Group with 32 points after 13 games.
Gafford Ladies reaped big in their trip to Mbarara, crushing Western United 4-0. Sophie Madudu led with two goals while Burundian import Fallone Nahimana scored the other to add on Rebecca Kanyensige’s own goal.
In the other results, Muteesa 1 Royal University played to a one all draw against Olira FC while London College and She Corporates shot blanks.
Wakiso Hills and UCU Lady Cardinals picked 1-0 victories against Eastern Heroes and Rhineaa home and away respectively.
The games continue on Sunday with two fixtures lined up. In Bulenga, Ajax Queens will host Gaddafi Integrated as Rinnes and Eastern Heroes tussle out in Wakiso.
