After their relegation to the FUFA Big League, Maroons Football Club has now focused on regaining their top flight status by beefing up the technical team and squad.
The Prison owned club has landed Uganda Cranes Ex International Sadiq Wassa who nows takes over as the goalkeepers Coach role.
Wasswa replaces another legendary Cranes player Moses Oloya who landed the same job at Tooro United Football Club.
Wassa who doubles as the Uganda Kobs (U23) goalkeeping coach has been club-less since partying ways with Uganda Premier League side Onduparaka FC last season.
The former KCC and Uganda Cranes goalkeeper has previously handled URA FC before leaving in 2018 and also acts as the Uganda Parliament football team goalkeeping coach.
He is expected to work alongside club coach Charles Ayiekoh Lukula in ensuring the team returns to the UPL this coming season earmarked for October 29th.
