Uganda Premier League record champions Sports Club Villa have on Tuesday unveiled Ultimate Fitness Kampala as the club’s official fitness partners.
Both parties agreed a deal worth Shs. 430 million which was unveiled at the Ultimate Fitness Kampala headquarters on Plot 03, Bata Close, Fifth Street, Industrial Area.
The unveiling ceremony was graced by SC Villa head coach Edward Kaziba, CEO Shawn Mubiru, UFK’s Chief Operations Officer Justus Koojo and Paul Kaliisa.
Justus Kojak Koojo, the UFK Chief Operations Officer was grateful for the deal with a prolific club of SC Villa’s caliber.
“I am delighted to announce this long-term partnership with SC Villa which comes at a particularly exciting moment for Ultimate Fitness Kampala as the best fitness hub in Uganda. SC Villa are the leaders in their field, renowned for their long and proud history plus a strong sense of community,” Koojo noted.
SC Villa CEO Shawn Mubiru could not hide his excitement for the deal signed with the partners they share similar ambitions and values.
“We are very happy to welcome such a trendy and ambitious brand to our football family as our newest partner and our fitness partner. As Uganda Premier League’s record champions, we share with UFK several ambitions and values which provide the foundation for a special long-term relationship,” Mubiru said.
He added, “Together we will work towards bringing to life really special experiences for our players, members and fans.”
This development precedes the club’s official launch of the membership trust scheduled for October 30th at a venue yet to be named.
