Uganda Cranes Resume Preps for South Sudan Double Header

In preparation for the 2021 AFCON qualifier group B double header against South Sudan, the Cranes squad has intensified preps with day two training session at the StarTimes Stadium on Tuesday.

The squad that currently comprises of 22 locally based players will be later trimmed to six on the 8th of November before joining the 20-man foreign-based squad.

Uganda Cranes will play host to South Sudan on the 12th of November at the St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende before the return leg in Nairobi, Kenya four days after

Uganda Cranes lead group B with four points from two games after picking up a win against Malawi (2-0) at Namboole and drawing goalless with Burkina Faso.

The local-based squad
