In Denmark, Robert Kakeeto came on in the 42nd minute as his Aalborg FC side lost 3-0 to Aarhus while Moses Opondo played 79 minutes as Odense FC drew 1-1 with FC Copenhagen.
In South Africa, shot stopper Denis Onyango Masinde played full time as Mamelodi Sundowns drew 1-1 with Golden Arrows while Moses Waiswa was left on the bench as Supersport United side overcame Baroka 3-1.
In the Egyptian Premier League, forward Derrick Nsibambi was an unused substitute as Emmanuel Okwi’s Al Ittihad Alexanderia drew 1-1 against Smouha SC. Okwi wasn’t included on matchday squad for Itihad Alexandria.
