Uganda Revenue Authority FC striker Oromchan Villa has touted his former side Paidha Black Angels FC to make it to next season’s Azam Uganda premier league.

Oromchan was among the thousands of fans who trickled in at the Bar Okoro stadium on Thursday to watch the highly billed West Nile derby between the Black Angels and Onduparaka Fc from Arua.

“This is not a surprise to me, both from the attendance, the skills exhibited, the football fanatics in this area and the level they kept sporting discipline because I have watched this since I was a kid. We just need to get more teams on top their and football will be different,” Oromchan who is still nursing a groin injury gave his view.

Villa dissects and predicts
“Onduparaka is not a team to play around with, they are real caterpillars. They flow that ball very well and on a good day can turn even your fans but  I congratulate my former team Paidha for the win. Modern Football is just about strategies and they executed theirs perfectly.”

Villa joined the tax collectors from Paidha at the beginning of the season after scoring nine goals for his native team. In URA he has found playtime hard starting in less than five games with one goal and injury setbacks.

He further lauds the management and fan base saying that’ “With this kind of support and organization in the team I think they will make it to the playoffs and win. The only problem was that they were not winning away games and that must be worked upon in the remaining outings.”
