Cranes chances to qualify for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations largely depend on result they pick from the back-to-back tie against West African giants ‘the Stallions’ of Burkina Faso.
The first leg takes place at the Stade Du 4 – Aout in Ouagadougou on Saturday at 9pm Ugandan time and the second fixture three days later in Kampala.
The two sides have faced four times in previous encounters with two draws and a win for each side.
Uganda leads group D with six points from two wins against Botswana and Comoros home and away. Burkina Faso are second with three points same as Comoros and Botswana but on a better goal difference.
The Stallions won their opening game against Comoros 2-0 in Ouagadougou goals courtesy of Aristide Bancé and Jonathan Zongo before falling 1-0 to Botswana away.
Burkina Faso is ranked 86 in the world Fifa rankings while Uganda is 19 places up on 67th place.

Coach Paul Duarte called up a strong squad for the clash that includes Chelsea FC star Bertrand Traore and France-based Bakary Kone, Alain Traore and Aristide Bance (Chippa United, South Africa). Their are no major injuries reported in both camps.
