Fifth Watoto Wasoka Christmas Camp Ends Successfully

The fifth edition of the Watoto Wasoka Christmas camp came to a successful completion Wednesday morning at the Namagabi Secondary school in Kayunga. The camp started on Wednesday 28th and ended January 4.

A total of 2,200 participants attended including players, coaches, supporters and officials. There were 92 teams altogether (87 boys, and 5 girls).

Watoto Wasoka’s internal team Sparta 09 academy won the Under-11 and Under-15 boys’ tournament after defeating Proway and Leicester in the respective finals.  Ebenezer overcame Black Stars 1-0 to claim the U-13 title.

Uganda Martyrs smashed Al-Phoenix 4-0nto the girl’s trophy. Each participating team walked home with foot balls and certificates of participation while the winners received medals.
