Uganda’s women National cricket team to play the ICC Africa Women’s World Cup Qualifiers scheduled to take place from 6th to 17th September 2017 in Namibia has been named.
The list revealed has 16 players including the two reserves was signed on by Benjamin Musoke, the Chairman for the Selectors Committee.
It is this final ladies team that will be used also to represent Uganda at the East Africa Women’s Championship scheduled to take place from 21st to 26th August 2017 in Nairobi.
Namibia will host the Women’s Africa T20 World Cup Qualifiers in Windhoek in September this year.
Kevin Awino will captain the side and the Jinja SS player will be assisted by Janet Mbabazi of Wanderers.
