Onduparaka Football Club have had a seemingly good start to the 2017/18 Uganda Premier League season.
Despite the heavy defeat to KCCA FC, the caterpillars have picked two wins and one draw to keep within reach of the summit.
And ahead of the game against Soana this Saturday at Greenlight stadium, the ultimate target will be getting maximum points to keep the momentum.
The game comes at a time when Onduparaka will be unveiling a new sponsor (MTN) which in itself could be a motivating factor.
A perfect record at home is the other factor that will play in Onduparaka’s favour ahead of the game.
The West Nile giants have not lost a game at the ground for ages and have not conceded in the two games they have played at home this season
Vianney Ssekajjugo, Rashid Okocha and Allan Busobozi who all joined Onduparaka at the start of the season could make their debut against Soana.
Soana on the other hand have not had the best of starts winning just one game in four.
Onduparaka occupy sixth position on the log with seven points while Soana are second from bottom with four points.
