Uganda has maintained her status as host for the Women’s U20 Nations Volleyball championship, the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) has confirmed.
The tournament was initially scheduled to take place between 4th – 13th December 2020 in Kampala before being postponed due to a delayed hand over by Dr Amri Elwani’s Executive to the newly elected committee led by CAVB president Bouchra Hajij.
Four countries including Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), Tunisia, and hosts have already confirmed participation in the event which will now run from 20th to 25th February 2021 at the MTN Arena, Lugogo.
The winner of the tournament will book a ticket to represent Africa at the 2021 FIVB U20 World Volleyball Championship.

Technical meeting: 19th February 2021
Competition dates: 20th to 25th February 2021
Departure date: 26th February 2021
