Uganda Cubs National Team head Coach Hamza Lutalo has named the final 25-man squad for the Total U-17 AFCON tournament due to be played between 13th-31st March in Morocco.
The squad of four goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders and six strikers will fly out today (Saturday) at 3pm aboard Ethiopian Airways.
The traveling contingent is accompanied by eight team officials.
Uganda Cubs were pooled in group A in the draws held on Wednesday this week against hosts Morocco, Ivory Coast and Zambia.
Uganda Cubs qualified for the U17 Africa Cup of Nations having won the CECAFA championship last year in December and will feature in the tourney for the second time after the 2019 event in Tanzania.
