Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC opponents in the CAF Champions League, Clube Desportivo de Agosto have arrived in Uganda ahead of the encounter on Friday this week.
Desportivo Agosto arrived at Entebbe international airport on Wednesday evening aboard South African airways with a contingent of over 25 people.
Upon arriving at the airport, the team’s assistant coach, Ivo Traca indicated that the team is here to get a positive result in the first leg.
“We have come here fully prepared and ready to compete against a team that are champions in Uganda,” he said.
“Our target is to get a positive result today and build on that in the second round at home,” Traca added.

The Angolan league champions will be aiming to make a great return to the champions league above their previous appearance in 2014 where they stopped at the round of 32.
Dani Mussunguna, the club captain believes they are ready for the challenge ahead of the clash against KCCA FC.
“Of course it won’t be an easy game but we are committed and ready to compete and possibly get a good result,” said the skipper.
KCCA FC take on Desportivo Agosto this Friday in the first leg of the prelimary round of the CAF champions league at Phillip Omondi stadium.
The two sides will play the return leg a fortnight later in Luanda, Angola with the winner on aggregate playing defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the first round.
