
Uganda has moved further down two places in the January-February Fifa rankings released by the world governing body on Thursday.
The Cranes were 73rd before the 2017 Africa cup of Nations but have now slumped two places to 75. Uganda lost two matches against Egypt and Ghana then drew one all with Mali.
Egypt, who scooped silver in the finals, are now the best ranked country in the continent, moving twelve places to 23 world wide. The Pharaohs have collected 154 points.
Afcon Champions, Cameroon, made the biggest leap of the month from 62 to 33 accumulating a whooping 244 points on the way. Contrary, dethroned champions Ivory Coast have dropped 13 ranks, the biggest.
World top ten slots remain unchanged due to inactivity during the ranking period.
