BUL FC picked their fourth victory in the league with a convincing 3-0 over Express FC infront of a packed crowd at the Kakindu stadium on Tuesday evening.
Oromcan Villa scored all the three and new signing David Bagoole wowed the crowd with a series of fine performances that also led to the three goals.
“We really needed to start winning games because the stage is now a crucial one where mistakes are not tolerated. The whole team was my man of the match, we totally played very well like a unit,” coach Frank Anyau said.
Bul started the game on a high tempo and Achema could have put the team ahead in just the second minute but his shot kept rising.
Bagoole, Achema and Mugalu combined well minutes later with the final ball falling on Oromcan’s path for an opener. The second goal came in a similar fashion with Bagoole splitting the final touch for Oromchan to finish off inside a crowded box.
Saddam Juma, Kyambadde and Semakula had their chances either thwarted by Mujampani or going into waste. Saddam drove a powerful shot which the keeper dealt with for a corner.
Kyambadde pulled another similar from outside the yard box but again Mujampani was up to task. Noah Semakula’s shot rattles the top bar and went off.
Anyau was forced to use Mujampani since Bwete is still serving a suspension after receiving a direct red card against KCCA FC. Captain Derrick Walulya also started from the bench and later introduced to strengthen the midfield toward the end of the match.
