Onduparaka Centre back Rashid ‘Per Metasacker’ Toha has cleared the air about a post on his social media page that left the club’s fans and fanatics mulling over the players future at the club.
Toha sounded like he was bidding the Caterpillars farewell on his post.
In a telephone interview with ChimpSport, Toha revealed that he was headed for medical treatment in Kampala to sort a minor injury on his right knee.
“I am not leaving Onduparaka FC,” the youngster paused and laughed.
“I have a five year contract and I love the team. There is no way I can leave before we complete our mission to end the first season in a good position.
“Am going for some medical examinations and treatment for my right knee. It’s not even disturbing me but am just worried of knee injuries. I want to be safe.”
The lanky centre back was not fielded during the team’s two all draw with Uganda Revenue Authority FC on Tuesday afternoon in Arua.
