Former Police FC Forward Joins Rwandan Club

Striker Benson Rahim Ociti played for Ugandan Clubs like Soana FC, URA FC and Police FC among others.

Confirmed reports have it that the experienced forward has now joined Kiyovu in Rwanda.

“Azam Rwanda Premier League club Sports Club Kiyovu have signed Ugandan striker Benson Rahim Ociti from Kenyan side Chemelil Sugar FC on a two-year contract,” writes Rwanda NewTimes.

The Striker is reported to have signed a two-year contract.

Ociti, 24, becomes SC Kiyovu’s 8th signing of this transfer window as the Club continue to widen their depth before the season starts.

SC Kiyovu will start their league campaign against Musanze FC before facing Giants Rayon Sports the following weekend.

Rwanda Times further stated that Kiyovu beat Police FC, Etincelles and AS Kigali to the signature of this forward.

Born on November 27, 1993 in Kampala, the striker came to the Football scene in 2011 with Police FC where he played till 2013, scoring 34 goals for the peace Keepers.

He crossed to the rival league club, URA FC where he only played for a year before joining the Kavumba based Club Soana FC scoring 7 goals from 14 matches.

He later joined Kenyan side Chemili FC in 2016 where he reportedly signed a 3-year contract.
