Buluuli Ssaza team has intensified preparations for the long-awaited 2020 Masaza Cup tournament with a thorough player recruitment exercise.
The 2011 winners have confirmed Eight new players joining Noah Mugerwa’s side, adding on the Nine recruits signed in phase one.
The list of newly acquired players confirmed includes goalkeeper Michael Mugenyi with midfielders Ali Ashraf Kante and Walter Omona who have renewed their stay at the team.
The other reinforcements include, Wagiro Nasur-din Kante (Galaxy, Mbale), Jemba Paul (Kyandodo), Kizza Douglas (Kyadondo), Mwanje Derrick (IUIU Mbale), and Balyeku Daniel (Busoga region).
Buluuli tactician Mugerwa anticipates signing more Five players before the winding up the recruitment exercise in preparation for the upcoming 15th cup edition.
This year’s Masaza Cup tournament is slated for mid-June.
